What's So Funny about Employee Engagement?

Employee Engagement Workshops - Networking and Tips for HR Professionals

You need your employees to be engaged, to work smart, to work creatively and to collaborate with purpose. Yet, you continually run into the same old workplace conventions and dysfunction that makes doing so an incredible task. In this workshop, experts from Kantar TNS and Second City Works will start with the premise that dysfunction exists (that’s the comedy part) and give you and your team the tools to work through, past and beyond the barriers that we face each working day (that’s the improvisation part) - to make working not such hard work.

Kantar TNS and Second City Works share a common goal - To help companies engage their workforce and win over customers. We’ll help you and your team measure and increase engagement, transform culture, break down barriers, foster collaboration and thrive.

In this workshop we will:

• Enjoy breakfast and network with other local HR professionals
• Discuss the top employee engagement trends to expect in 2017
• Laugh and learn about culture change with experts from Second City Works
• Discuss measuring engagement for more ambitious change management

Come see what you can do to take your engagement, talent, and business strategies to the next level.

This event is HRCI approved for 3 hours of credit. If you attended our previous workshops, we have new content and we will have a new HRCI code for credit.

Learn how to combine the best engagement survey tips and techniques with advanced analytics and change management to drive the future of your talent strategy.
