2017 Employee Engagement Workshops

Networking and Tips for HR Professionals

As the economy turns up, talent is likely to turnover unless you keep them engaged!

You need your employees to be engaged, to work smart, to work creatively and collaborate with purpose. Yet, you continually run into the same old workplace conventions and dysfunction that makes doing so an incredible task. Luckily there are techniques at your disposal to transform potential resignations into established brand ambassadors.

Join us to network with other local HR/IO/OD Professionals and discuss actionable employee engagement strategies and survey methods that drive culture change. These workshops (HRCI approved for 2-3 Hours) are led by Organizational Psychologists (PhD) with recent case studies, discussions, and presentations from various HR experts and other local HR professionals.

Our leaders will facilitate a holistic discussion of the role engagement plays in your talent strategy and discuss topics such as: differentiators for retention, developing resilient leaders, flexible measurement and survey practices and more. Learn how to take your engagement and talent strategies to the next level…
